• Production Associate – supports the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations to maximize proceeds, working under pricing guidelines and maintaining an efficient flow of donations for a smooth customer service experience.
• Donation Attendant – greets and thanks donors, accepts donations, keeps the production area organized, sorts donations as they come in, and delivers excellent customer service to donors and team members.
• Sales Floor Associate – organizes the sales floor, helps customers find what they’re looking for, serves as an ambassador for Goodwill, and provides outstanding customer service.
• Cashier – builds relationships with customers, accurately rings up sales transactions, and explains how purchases help people get a job. Customer‑service excellence is key.

• One‑year experience in customer service, retail, or production is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer‑service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds while maintaining customer‑service standards.

To determine placement within the salary range, Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago considers education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria.
