Responsibilities- Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR

- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
