Home Health RN Thoughts

Job Status: Full-time or part-time

Salary: $36.00 - $44.00 / hourly, based on experience

Schedule: M-F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Paid On-Call (on-call rotation occurs every 5th or 6th week, including the weekend.)

• On-call rotation occurs every 5th or 6th week, including the weekend.
• The rotation begins Friday at 4:30 PM and continues through the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
• Weekday on-call hours are 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Weekend coverage is 24/7.
• Employees are eligible for additional incentives.

Within and surrounding areas of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

• RN license in the state of Wisconsin – required
• Current, valid driver’s license – required
• Minimum of 1 year home health experience – preferred
