Job SummaryWe are seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow‑up care for residents in nursing homes and assisted living settings. You’ll be supported by a full‑time medical director, administrative staff, and outsourced billing services — so you can focus on patient care.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial psychiatric assessments and routine follow‑up visits
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Collaborate with facility staff, medical directors, and care teams
- Document in EMR in a timely and accurate manner

- Must have a current and active NP license and DEA # in the State of Wisconsin.
- Must have at least one year experience working as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Be willing and able to commute to long term care facilities.
- Experience with geriatric populations or interest in working with older adults
