Job Type: Full-time, Part-time (.8 – 32 hours per week) or part-time possible.

Salary: $36.00 – $44.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Paid on-call for nights and weekend rotations.

Work Location:

Within and surrounding areas of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Requirements:

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver's license
• 1 year of home hospice preferred
