We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lutheran Homes & Health Services, a trusted senior care provider located at 244 N Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI.

As an LPN, you will provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring the highest quality of care for older adults in our assisted living, skilled nursing, and short‑term rehabilitation settings.

Job Type: Full‑time, part‑time, or casual (days, PM, or night shifts). Pay: $26.50–$33.00 per hour (experience based). Shift differential for PM and night shifts. Eligible for sign‑on bonus.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in Wisconsin.
