As a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist, you will support plasma center operations, ensuring high‑quality plasma collection and exceptional donor experience.

• Greet donors upon entry and exit
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis machines
• Monitor donors during donation, managing reactions
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines
• Stock supplies, break down cartons, and dispose properly
• Record vital signs and use electronic donor questionnaire system
• Perform finger‑stick tests for hematocrit, protein, and weight
• Enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS)
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and process debit card compensation
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement using 5S, VSM, and Kaizen

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capacity to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. routinely, occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and hearing equipment alarms remotely
• Comfortable with prolonged glove wear (90% of tasks)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (helpful)

Hourly wage: $17.00 (minimum wage compliant)
