SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital is a 174-bed facility that performs approximately 5,000 surgical cases per year. The hospital has six operating rooms and provides medically directed anesthesia across a range of specialities, including general, ortho, ENT, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, and podiatry.
Your Qualifications- Graduate of a nationally accredited CRNA or CAA program
- Ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
