5:00am-1:30pm; 6:00am-2:30pm; 2:30pm-11:00pm (Mon-Fri)

QPS Employment Group has a great Production Machine Operator position available at a company in Fond du Lac, WI. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

• Maintain a general understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.
• Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record all required information on in-process sheets.
• Cut, bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, and label materials following specific production instructions.
• Operate or assist with manufacturing machinery, including block cutting, hauling, wrapping equipment, side-wrappers, and pallet jacks.
• Verify equipment setup throughout the production process; operate and safely power down machinery as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (preferred).
• Ability to use simple math, count accurately, and utilize basic handheld measuring tools preferred.
