Tooling Technician

Tooling Technician – Atlas Roofing Corporation (Atlas Molded Products)
Seeking a 1st Shift Tooling Technician at our Fond du Lac facility. This role offers a flexible schedule starting at $28 per hour or higher, based on experience and qualifications.

• Work with the Production Manager to develop schedules that meet production needs.
• Maintain a general understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.
• Prepare tooling and tooling‑related accessories for installation in press.
• Follow tooling best practices and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and coordinate orders for replacement parts as needed.
• Operate forklift within company safety guidelines.
• Recognize and adhere to all safety best practices (e.g., lock‑out/tag‑out).
• Perform any other functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Complete training and be verified by supervisor within two months of hire.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with maintenance/mechanical systems preferred.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to use simple math and basic hand‑held measuring tools.
