Sanitation Team Leader – 3rd Shift
Grande Cheese Company is seeking a team leader for our 3rd shift. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of performance, quality, production, and safety in a designated area of production.
Hours & ShiftCurrent schedule:
Monday‑Friday with one rotating day off. OT as needed. Hours range from 5:30 pm – 4:00 am.
$25.92 starting wage. $3 night shift premium (6 pm – 6 am) and $2.25 weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts). You could earn $1,500 in bonuses during your first year.
Job SummaryAs a Team Leader, you will lead team members to ensure high standards of performance, quality, production, and safety are met. Duties include but are not limited to: operating and troubleshooting equipment, training and mentoring team members, communicating production optimization opportunities, and maintaining documentation as required by law and regulatory agencies.

Required:
High School diploma or GED;
Associate’s degree preferred. Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience and/or training.
20–50 lb lifting, climbing. Work in humid, extreme cold, and extreme hot temperatures.
