As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for team members seeking technical help. In this role you'll dive into hands‑on troubleshooting, perform in‑house repairs, and research solutions that keep our technology running smoothly. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of systems and may also assist with network, server, and workstation support. To excel in this role, candidates should bring a strong mix of technical ability, problem‑solving skills, and customer‑focused support experience, including:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to document procedures clearly
• Solid understanding of IT support fundamentals, including computer repair
• Technical proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of Microsoft-based networking and hardware platforms
• Ability to work independently with strong problem‑solving skills
• Actively pursuing an IT‑related degree or possessing equivalent experience
