Gran Care Fond du Lac is introducing a new program to hire Certified Nursing Assistants at a paid rate of $20 per hour.
- The new C.N.A. must commit to, and fulfill consistently, a minimum of 36.0 hours per week;
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 12-hour shifts.
- An alternative schedule is doubles on Saturday and Sunday.
- There will be no rate variance based on experience for these employees.
Job Summary
- Resident-centered care orientation
- Providing personal cares including assistance with ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting, and dining
- Observing and reporting to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety
- Ensuring safety for residents and co-workers
- Responding promptly to call lights
- Collaborating with all disciplines within the center as a team player
- Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant, participating in scheduled training and educational classes, and maintaining educational credits for continued certification
