Home Helpers is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support older adults and individuals who need assistance living safely and comfortably at home.

This role focuses on hands‑on care, companionship, and practical daily support that allows clients to maintain dignity, independence, and connection. We offer flexible scheduling, consistent communication, and a supportive care team that values professionalism and heart.

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
• Run errands and provide transportation as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Document care provided using agency tools

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
• Background check required
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as needed
• Comfortable working independently in client homes
