• Guaranteed 30 hours per week – no guessing your paycheck

• Diverse & rewarding work – step in when needed, support new clients, and ensure quality care
• Be a trusted leader – work closely with management to match caregivers with clients

• Provide exceptional care – assist with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship
• Step in when needed – cover open shifts due to caregiver absences
• Support new clients – ensure timely care for new cases until a dedicated caregiver is assigned
• Train & mentor – guide new team members with hands-on training and support
• Travel within our service area – serve clients in Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Neenah, Appleton, and Sheboygan (reliable transportation required)
• Collaborate with leadership – work with the CEO and Director of Community Relations on scheduling and care coordination

• A dedicated, compassionate caregiver with experience in personal care, companionship, and household assistance
• A strong leader who can step in when needed and provide guidance to others
• A flexible and reliable professional who is willing to travel within our service areas
• Someone committed to accepting shifts on agreed-upon days to maintain guaranteed hours
