- June 23 @ 7am
--July 3 @ 7am - July 14 @ 7am

--November 26 - December 1 @ 7am

Less Priority Coverage Requests:
--August 9 @ 7am - August 11 @ 7am
--One weekend in September
--December 5 @ 7am - December 8 @ 7am

Schedule/coverage details:
--24-hour call coverage
--Monday-Friday: 8 hour shift on site, followed by call
--Saturday-Sunday: 4 hour rounding on site, followed by call
--Low call intensity

Scope of Work:
--Case mix: 75% Cardiac, Lung/chest 20%, Minimal Vascular and Trauma
--Procedures: all CT procedures, including vein harvesting

Locums Requirements:
--OR experience including endoharvesting of vein and radial arteries required
--First assisting experience required
--Postoperative management and consults experience
--Active Wisconsin license

Facility Details and Support:
--Support staff: 1 MD, 1 APNP and 1 RN
--Not Trauma Center
