An Profiler Technician is responsible for operating specialized equipment to measure concrete pavement roughness and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on road surface conditions to support maintenance, construction, and quality assurance programs. Critical for Success is strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

- 1+ year of Highway Paving experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- A valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement
