Job Summary

Food service Sales Analyst II and play a key role in supporting strategic, data-driven decision-making within our Sales and Marketing teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, you’ll analyze sales performance, uncover trends, and conduct root-cause analysis to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. You’ll develop KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and support reporting needs across the business. Experience working in a B2B environment is especially helpful, as you'll be interpreting complex business data, helping shape distribution strategies and managing distributor incentive payments in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

What

you need to be considered for the role
  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Sales Operations, Business Administration, Economics, or other related field required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in sales, business analysis, economics, computers or mathematics required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, MS Excel, Access, Word and Power Point.
  • Apply scientific methodology to business issues. This includes: define the problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to apply conclusions to generate concrete business solutions.
  • Knowledge to perform advanced business and statistical analysis; comprehend and apply principles of algebra, apply mathematical operations to tasks such as frequency distribution; analyze variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    4 Year / Bachelors Degree in related field (as above).
  • Experience:

    Minimum of three (3) years in sales, business analysis, economics, computers or mathematics.
  • Skills:

    Advanced proficiency in Tableau, MS Excel, Access, Word and Power Point.
  • Methods:
    Apply scientific methodology to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
