Health & Fitness Coach – Folsom, CA

Part‑time position at The Exercise Coach studio.

• Passion for Health & Fitness – enthusiasm for helping clients improve strength and health.
• Good Communication Skills – comfortable conversing in‑person and on the phone and delivering clear instructions.
• People skills and personality – love working with people; energetic and energetic.
• Education in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy (preferred).
• High School Graduate – required.
• AED/CPR Certification from a nationally recognized provider – required before studio certification.
• Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology – essential.
• Customer Service experience – welcome.
• Coaching or Training experience – a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

• Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
• Lead individual and small‑group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results for clients and provide ongoing client education.
• Perform fitness evaluations and conduct initial consults.
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions.
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics.
• Support the maintenance of a clean and well‑organized studio.
• Lead follow‑up with clients.
• All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.
