Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. This role includes organizing and conducting product demonstrations, understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies for effective client engagement and sales success.

Frequent communication with clients and prospects will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and skills in sales strategies, persuasion techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing sales deals successfully.
  • Ability to conduct market research, prospect identification, and lead generation effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication, active listening, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and achieve established goals and sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Background or experience in health and human services, social work, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
