• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Solid understanding of retail operations and loyalty programs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

• Experience creating reporting dashboards
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Previous experience in a retail environment focused on customer loyalty programs
