Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help maintain stockroom organization and store tidiness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products with store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
