Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1098) – Part-time position rting hourly rate: $18.25 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve guest concerns
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, including area-specific offerings to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Maintain a welcoming demeanor and thank guests for shopping at Target
• Know and discuss the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy
• Explain how to use Target App features, including Wallet, and order-related services (Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering)
• Assist with returns per policy; collaborate with leaders as needed while following Target procedures
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and manage stocking during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and related duties with compliance to applicable laws
• Perform other duties based on business needs
