Annual pay range: $33,280 - $68,640 (California-based roles). Additional bonuses and benefits may apply.
General Position Summary- Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
- Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
- Provide consistent appraisal of associates' sales performance.
- Adhere to visual guidelines: merchandising, signage, store cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the Dress Code Policy.
- Generate sales:
Deliver excellent customer service, exceed sales targets. - Control expenses:
Protect company assets, manage inventory, prepare store schedules, manage store opening/closing per procedures, maintain documentation per policies. - Supervise associates:
Recruit, train, ensure compliance with policies, work with subordinates, communicate across all employee levels, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relative experience.
- Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with related software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hands overhead.
- Standing for up to 100% of the work time.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with all employee levels.
Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Mangers PT are also eligible for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
