As part of the produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness. You will be in the front‑lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and helps enhance the member’s shopping experience.

  Understand processes and specifications related to produce quality, prepare products (trim, crisp, package, scale) to standards, and maintain product safety following sanitation guidelines.

  Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, using handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production and product quality.

  :
  Drive performance of the area using inventory techniques, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, and guide peers while attending to customer needs.

  Advocate for the department and club, model high quality service, execute basics at high quality level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering any questions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area.
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations.
