Overview

• Provide primary and preventative care to adults and pediatric patients
• Conduct lab/imaging follow-up appointments
• Manage stable chronic medical conditions with a goal of progressing to medically complex care
• Perform Medicare annual wellness exams
• Opportunity to perform procedures as appropriate
• Deliver high-quality care in a practice offering behavioral health and weight management services
• Collaborate with a collegial team and rely on tenured, well-trained support staff

• Completion of accredited training programs
• Board certified
• 2-5 years of APP experience in family medicine, including pediatrics, preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Spanish or Russian language ability preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Willingness to learn and grow
