Stylist

Overview

The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guest’s overall well-being and enhance the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, and aim to drive sales of services and products while exceeding guest expectations.

• Provide individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educate clients on Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style.
• Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens while staying current in style and technique.
• Promote all Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Maintain work stations to salon standards.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completed Cosmetology school
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
• Cosmetology license in the state where work is performed
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

• Base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage with incentive pay between 5% to 55% depending on team member productivity
