Analyst, Global Equity Admin

• Provide operational and analytical support for the employer's global equity programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Process Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) releases, Stock Option exercises, quarterly ESPP purchases, and other equity-related transactions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support program design, implementation, and process improvements
• Communicate complex concepts clearly during various employee engagement sessions and webinars
• Generate and reconcile reports for Finance, Payroll, and HR; support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes

• Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) certification or two years of experience in a similar in-house equity administration role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP)

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation
• Experience with equity administration platforms;
  Equity Edge Online strongly preferred
• Knowledge of global mobility taxation and insider trading compliance
• Familiarity with Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration and related processes
