Job Details
Intel Foundry Revenue finance team, residing in Strategic Initiatives finance group, is responsible for managing overall IF revenue, including revenue from internal and external customers. This role will be critical to ensure revenue is properly forecasted and accounted in actuals.
Responsibilities- Driving reliable accounting, forecasting, and reporting IF revenue.
- Managing revenue close processes, as well as related systems, SOX controls and policy related initiatives.
- Managing revenue POR forecast and revenue opportunities processes by working with revenue leads and operations partners.
- Continuously improving forecast accuracy.
- Working with operations and accounting policy to determine revenue recognition treatment for deals.
- Leading broader revenue process efficiency and effectiveness initiatives.
You must possess the minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- At least 6 months of demonstrated Finance experience
- The individual should have a passion and an aptitude for business processes and systemics's, be invigorated by new challenges such as learning new technical skills on the job and solving problems without clear or known answers.
- Strong communication and partnership skills are required, including the skill to interface with all levels of the organization (from analysts to VPs).
- Problem solving within a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a track record of strong analytical thinking, financial modelling, and business partnership.
- Experience working with ambiguity as required by a growing business.
