Folsom Educational Academy (FEA) is hiring for a Principal to take our growing Islamic school to the next level. We are seeking a leader who can support our school expansion into a new larger facility, as well as start a high school.

The Principal will plan, manage, and supervise the school’s operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drive and support implementation of the school’s purpose and vision
• Support teachers in classroom management, discipline, safety, and curriculum
• Develop and execute on school improvement plan
• Provide direction and leadership to faculty, staff, and student programs and services
• Manage the day-to-day school operations
• Ensure school operational procedures are followed at every stakeholder level

• Master’s Degree in Education, or related field (Doctorate degree highly desirable)
• At least 5 years of experience as Principal or Vice Principal of a K-8 or K-12 school, preferably an Islamic school
• Proficiency and proven track record in meeting and exceeding academic standards
• Have a sound understanding of Islam and be a practicing Muslim
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical insurance, staff tuition discount, paid-time off, and annual vacation. Base Annual Salary: $100k-$150k Bonus tied to school growth and performance Medical and dental benefits offered Relocation offered
