-Minimum 5+ years of successful teaching experience.

-Minimum 2 years of charter or district-level leadership experience.

-Experience coordinating standardized testing and accountability systems.

-Strong knowledge of state accountability frameworks and compliance requirements.

-Demonstrated experience in data analysis and report writing. Preferred
-Valid Administrative Services Credential
-Experience in a charter school environment.

-Experience drafting LCAP, SARC, or similar state accountability reports.

-Familiarity with student information systems and assessment platforms.

-Experience supporting multiple school sites.

As a K-8 Public Waldorf School and CMO (Charter Management Organization), Golden Valley Charter School is seeking a servant leader Vice Principal and Accountability Coordinator for our River and Orchard Schools. This campus supports just over 300 students in TK through 8th grade during the  school year. Located in Orangevale, CA east of Sacramento, our schools are nestled in tree-lined neighborhoods just across the river from old town Folsom and the American River Bike Trail and within close proximity to Rudolf Steiner College in Fair Oaks.

The success of our school is built upon the foundation of our dynamic yet harmonious faculty and a highly involved and committed parent body. We are seeking a leader with strong character and a deep understanding of Waldorf pedagogy and the Charter School movement. S/he will inspire creative, collaboration between teachers, staff and parents and keep our Vision & Mission at the forefront of all decision-making.
