• 1-2 years of customer service experience (dental experience preferred)
• Confidence in explaining insurance benefits & treatment plans
• Comfort with multi-line phone systems

The pay range for this role is: 18 - 24 USD per hour (Hammond and Proctor Family Dentistry
- Folsom)
