A+Plus Dental is a state-of-the-art, all-cash and PPO practice located in Folsom, CA. We’re seeking a skilled and patient-focused Comprehensive Care Dentist to join our team full-time. Supported by Smile Brands

Schedule (days/hours)

Tues 8-5, Wed 8-5, Thurs 7-4, Fri 7-4

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

$250,000 - $300,000 per year
