At Stretch Zone, wellness is our top priority. As a Studio Experience Concierge, you will inspire and support individuals in achieving their goals through our innovative membership model centered around practitioner-assisted stretching. You’ll engage with members, guests, and prospective clients both in-studio and throughout the community. IMPORTANT:
This role will begin at our Folsom studio, and transfer to our Roseville studio once that location opens, within the next few months. We are looking for someone to help lead our Roseville concierge/sales team.
- Membership Sales – Convert guests into valued members by confidently communicating Stretch Zone’s benefits and executing our sales close process.
- Customer Service – Greet every visitor with a smile, schedule appointments, answer calls, and resolve member concerns with professionalism and care.
- Member Retention – Follow daily operation guides, provide exceptional service, and maintain consistent follow-ups to support long-term member success.
- Sales Goals – Highlight the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and uphold our high service standards. Encourage add-ons and upgrades.
- Team Culture – Foster positive, supportive, and professional relationships with members and colleagues. We are very collaborative and innovative.
- Outreach & Community Engagement – Source and connect with leads at events and through cold canvassing with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
- 2+ years of membership sales or concierge experience strongly preferred. (Retail/cashier experience does not count).
- Strong communication skills and a consistently positive mindset. Ability to stay excited about what we offer while making 50+ phone calls per day.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and empathetically determined. You must be able to work independently and with teammates, using your training and sound judgment to make client-centered decisions.
- Ability to commit to a schedule including 3–4 weekday afternoon/evening shifts, two or more Saturdays per month, and occasional morning/afternoon availability for events or studio coverage.
Using patented and proprietary equipment, certified Stretch Zone practitioners follow science‑based protocols to position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles, leveraging neuromuscular principles to deliver effective results.
