As a Permanent Construction Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a pivotal role in the successful execution of our construction projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and development to execution and completion, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, definition, execution, and closure, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely resolution of issues, and efficient progress of work.Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and monitor progress against these plans.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and take corrective action as necessary.Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all purchases are made in a timely manner and within budget.Prepare and present regular project reports, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as necessary.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on framing/drywall.Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and development to execution and completion.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
