Bank Support Worker – Folkestone – £12.21ph
All Support Workers will be working across multiple schemes in Folkestone, Dover, Deal and Hythe. Typical shifts are weekday, weekend and sleep‑ins; rosters can vary.

As a Support Worker you’ll help people gain independence in their daily lives, teaching new life skills, providing minimal personal care, encouraging community participation, socialising and organising activities. Each day could involve going out to local pubs, playing video games, watching films or attending the cinema – every day will be different.
We are looking for Support Workers who hold a full UK driving licence, are resilient, flexible and composed. You should have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, and working with individuals requiring enhanced support. This includes behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma.
