The

Subject

The Global Leadership Programme at Earlscliffe is a two‑week course that develops the skills and knowledge needed to guide teams, shape policy, and respond to international challenges. Teachers guide students through leadership theory and practical exercises, including simulations of summits, role‑play negotiations, and group decision‑making. Students explore diplomacy, negotiation, and global governance while analysing the impact of leadership choices. Collaboration is central, with cross‑cultural projects reflecting real‑world leadership challenges.

Through expert guidance, teachers help students build communication, problem‑solving, and international awareness, equipping them with the confidence and skills to pursue future study or careers in global leadership.
