Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity based in Folkestone for an experienced Administrator working on an ongoing temporary basis with an immediate start.
The role is varied; you will carry out a wide range of tasks.
Responsibilities- Open the site in the mornings, ensuring it is set up and ready for the day.
- Greet and check in visitors, acting as their main point of contact and providing guidance and information when required.
- Provide administrative support to new starters and the team by arranging the equipment they need for training and day‑to‑day work.
- Order materials for the office, arrange catering for meetings and events, and process purchase orders using SAP.
- Communicate with internal departments as well as external companies and suppliers on both phone and e‑mail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous administrative and office‑based experience essential.
Monday to Thursday: 07:30‑16:00;
Friday: 07:30‑15:00. Immediate start.
