Winston Retail seeks a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The role involves hands‑on store work to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and create an engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand identity.

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales of apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively across different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure visits and deliverables are completed on time.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos using the Winston App on a smart device.
• Use a compatible smartphone (iPhone 11 or newer; Android 2020 or newer with OS no more than four versions behind).
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
