The Role *
* As a Brand Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, educating and inspiring customers about our products, and collaborating with your leadership team to deliver a top-tier omnichannel customer experience.

• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work environment.
• Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

• Effective communicator capable of engaging with customers and team members.
• Customer-focused, providing exceptional service both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback.
• Flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Proficient with retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
