• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Focus customer‑centric decisions and support company initiatives.
• Participate in team training and execute business results.
• Utilize “More Ways to Shop” and new technology to drive results.
• Represent customer experience expectations in the store.
• Deliver a consistent experience aligned to RL Brand expectations.
• Champion RL core values and support a collaborative environment.
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide ongoing feedback to management.
• Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative purchase processes.
• Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery—QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores.
• Ensure sales floor and all store standards are met at all times.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high‑volume specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock, dressing room, cashwrap, and office; lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs—including day, evening, weekends and overnight shifts; travel as required.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co‑workers.
