RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned healthcare providers through office visits, telephone calls, prompt resolution of issues, and excellent customer service.
- Serve as main contact for physicians and their teams, answering questions, providing support, and guiding them through our services, protocols, and processes.
- Work closely with Women’s Imaging Specialists Regional Managers and the Director of Business Development to handle any issues or concerns from referring providers in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about new healthcare offices in territory with goal of expanding referring provider network.
- Track and monitor incoming referrals from top provider
