Key Responsibilities Perform quality control reviews of drawings, models, and technical deliverables prior to client submission Execute QC on 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation without being responsible for active modeling Communicate quality findings, issues, and recommendations to Technical Leaders and Project Managers
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience 5+ years of field experience on medium-to-large construction projects, with 2+ years in a QA/QC or BIM coordination role preferred Proven experience working across multiple trades, including architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines Strong experience using PDF files for redlining, markups, detailing, and technical reviews Advanced English proficiency is required
