Job Summary:

Patient Care:
Review patient history, conduct physical examinations, and evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients. Refer patients to specialists as needed. Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or foreign equivalent. Completion of a three-year postgraduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine. Current, unrestricted New York State license. Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration. Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll.

BLS or ACLS required. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Office. Competitive Benefit Package:
