Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1920) rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment; be familiar with fulfillment services and how to direct guests to enroll, activate and use them.
• Explain how to use Wallet and other Target App features to guests.
• Handle returns following register prompts and escalate to leaders as needed to resolve guest concerns while adhering to Target policies and procedures.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience in collaboration with leaders, following policies.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store open hours.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) orders, and DU returns while complying with applicable laws, including adult beverage regulations where relevant.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology, and to work independently or as part of a team.
