Assistant Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity (ACNO) – Full Time
Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented full‑time Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO).
OverviewBrentwood Behavioral is a 120‑bed capacity behavioral health facility providing psychiatric services for adults, children and adolescents. We offer both inpatient and outpatient services located in Flowood, MS, serving Rankin County and surrounding areas. The ACNO will be a key member of the Brentwood Leadership Team and, along with the CNO, will integrate and coordinate a patient‑centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care, ensuring delivery of high‑quality and cost‑effective health care in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

- Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE‑accredited program; current state of MS license or permit to practice professional nursing; three or more years of progressive nursing management experience in a behavioral health setting. - Preferred:
Master of Science in Nursing; experience with a free‑standing inpatient setting; five to ten years of progressive nursing management in behavioral health.
