Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) – Full Time
Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare, a 120‑bed behavioral health facility in Flowood, MS, is seeking a dynamic and talented full‑time Assistant Chief Nursing Officer to join our leadership team.
We provide inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for adults, children, and adolescents, and we are committed to delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective care that aligns with UHS mission, vision, and values.
ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the Brentwood Leadership Team and partner with the CNO, you will:
- Integrate and coordinate a patient‑centric nursing strategy focused on people, service, quality, growth, and finance.
- Create an environment that supports employee development, teamwork, and compassionate patient care.
- Develop systems, processes, and care standards that support safe, fiscally sound service excellence.
- Provide evidence‑based, timely, efficient, and cost‑effective care through continuous performance improvement.
- Foster growth and community through activities, partnerships, and shared goals.
- Support a financially stable environment that achieves UHS mission and strategy.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE‑accredited program.
- Current nursing license or permit in the state of Mississippi.
- Three or more years of progressive nursing management experience in a behavioral health setting.
Preferred:
- Master of Science in Nursing.
- Experience with a free‑standing inpatient setting.
- Five to ten years of progressive nursing management experience in behavioral health.
