FLOWOOD & MERIDIAN LOCATION

Pause Pain & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. We specialize in weight loss management and medical cannabis certification, helping patients achieve improved quality of life through holistic, patient-centered care. This role will require a commitment to working across two locations ? a couple of days per week in Flowood and a couple of days in Meridian.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weight loss consultations and medical cannabis certification evaluations within the scope of your training and experience.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and healthcare professionals to create individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure patient confidentiality while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Provide education and guidance to patients regarding safe and effective treatment options.
• Participate in community outreach to promote awareness of wellness services.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies, safety protocols, and state regulations.
• Manage urgent situations related to patient care, including adverse treatment reactions.
• Consult regularly with supervising physicians for cases requiring additional oversight.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong patient relationships.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.
• Willingness to work in both Flowood and Meridian locations weekly.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
