Senior Accounting Manager

A well-established and growing organization, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead their accounting team and oversee day-to-day financial operations. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a strong technical accounting background and a passion for process improvement and team development.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and prepare financial statements
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Partner with leadership to support strategic financial decisions
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books, or SAP)
