Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented Food Service Worker (PRN) for the Dietary Department.

• Operate food preparation equipment and assemble food items.
• Take and record temperatures, and ensure stock and inventory control.
• Perform duties in accordance with MSHD and JCAHO standards and follow facility sanitary guidelines.
• Participate in special food service events, including orientation and holiday celebrations.
• Execute physical food service operating procedures to maintain a food‑safe, balanced, and appealing dietary environment.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum:
  High school graduate or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Associate’s degree and at least two years of experience in the mental health field (psychiatric/inpatient or outpatient setting).
